The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven program management experience, and expertise in delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives involving modern web applications, legacy AS400 (IBM i) systems, and supply chain technologies.

## Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs supporting eCommerce and Supply Chain initiatives.
* Drive application modernization and web application redesign efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Infrastructure, Business Stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
* Define project roadmaps, manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
* Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate modern web applications with legacy **AS400 (IBM i)** systems.
* Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
* Coordinate enterprise integrations involving Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment platforms.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for program governance and delivery.
