We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering SaaS implementations, digital transformation, cloud adoption, data modernization, platform integration, workflow automation, and enterprise system modernization programs using Agile, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.

This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to successfully drive cross-functional teams through the complete program lifecycle—from planning and design through deployment and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise technology programs from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and project closeout.
  • Manage SaaS implementations, digital transformation, cloud migration, platform modernization, data modernization, and systems integration initiatives.
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and governance activities.
  • Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery teams based on program needs.
  • Coordinate business requirements, solution design, configuration, development, testing, data migration, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and executive escalations.
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and production deployment.
  • Monitor program health using dashboards, KPIs, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, budgets, and contractual deliverables.
  • Support organizational change management, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS implementations, digital transformation, cloud migration, or data modernization programs.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle from planning through production deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • Experience overseeing system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using delivery metrics and dashboards to improve program performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Experience delivering programs within government, healthcare, financial services, utilities, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint, Laserfiche, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, workflow automation, enterprise applications, data governance, master data management (MDM), analytics modernization, or legacy system modernization.
