Technical Wiz Consultant

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Travel: Occasional travel to client sites as needed
Type: Contract with potential to convert to full-time employment

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Consultant to lead strategic security engagements for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant with deep expertise in cloud security architecture, CNAPP solutions (Wiz and Prisma Cloud), cloud governance, and risk management. The consultant will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize cloud security programs while serving as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders.

This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel and the potential to convert to a full-time employee position based on performance and business needs.

Cloud Security & Architecture

• Experience designing and implementing secure cloud architectures, landing zones, and governance models.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security risk management and cloud-native security controls.
• Expertise in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.

CNAPP & Cloud Security Platforms

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud security platforms, including:
  • Wiz
  • Prisma Cloud
• Proven experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing Prisma Cloud environments.
• Experience integrating CNAPP solutions with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, and security operations workflows.
• Ability to communicate risk, remediation strategies, and security findings to both technical and business audiences.

Security Governance & Compliance

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards including:
  • NIST
  • CIS Benchmarks
  • ISO 27001
  • FedRAMP
  • GDPR
• Experience mapping cloud controls to compliance and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms
