UKG Workforce Mangement

Time Clock Management & Migration to Kronos/UKG Cloud

We are looking for one resource who can support both our legacy time clock environment and our modern time clock platform, and lead/support the migration to the latest UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos cloud) version. This person also needs proven experience managing time clocks across all regions (global / multi-country).

Desired skills and experience:

Hands-on experience with legacy Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and the modern UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) — latest cloud release
Proven end-to-end WFC → UKG Pro WFM cloud migration experience (assessment, configuration, data migration/ETL, data mapping, validation, cutover)
Configuration across core modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Pay Rules
Integration experience: Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), the UKG Pro WFM Integration Hub (Dell Boomi), and REST APIs
Time clock terminal management — InTouch (9000 / 9100 / DX) and 4500-series devices, including firmware/compatibility assessment and rollout
Global / multi-region time clock management: multi-site, large-scale deployments with country-specific labor rules, pay rules, and compliance (e.g., FLSA and local/regional labor law)
SQL / data migration workflows, troubleshooting, UAT, documentation, and post-go-live production support
UKG certification(s) preferred
