Position: Sr. Agile Transformation Coach
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid) (Surrounding locations)

Requirement:
We are seeking a Senior Transformation Coach / Agile Transformation Coach to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across global business and operational teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep Agile coaching expertise, organizational transformation experienc,, and strong executive stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of enterprise Agile and transformation experience
• Experience leading large-scale/global transformation programs
• Strong executive and C-level coaching and facilitation skills
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, governance, and operating models
• Experience developing maturity models, transformation roadmaps, and metrics
• Hospitality, hotel, travel, or consumer-facing enterprise experience preferred
• Strong change management and organizational development background
• Agile certification (ICP-ACC, SPC, Certified Agile Coach, CSP, or similar) preferred
• Familiarity with GenAI and emerging technology-enabled transformation is a plus
