Job description:

Install, Configure and Maintain Windchill (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) application.

Install and Configure of ThingWorx Platform.

Perform Upgrade and Patch Updates of Windchill.

Rehost and Clone of Windchill applications.

Install and Configure CAD Workers (Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX) and Office Worker.

Provide technical support for end-users on the Business Admin activities.

Coordinate, deployment and review of releases on Windchill & ThingWorx applications.

Use ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.

Managing and coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience and Skills required:

Around 8 years of experience in Windchill Administration.

Strong knowledge on PTC products such as Windchill & ThingWorx.

Extensive experience in PTC products PDMLink, MPMLink, PartsLink Mandatory

Strong knowledge on Windchill System and Business administration.

Understanding of ProjectLink, Option and Variants, Creo and SUMA.

Knowledge on Windchill Integration with SAP.
