Job Title: Workday HCM/Compensation Technical Developer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workday HCM/Compensation Technical Developer to design, develop, and support Workday HCM and Compensation solutions. The role is responsible for building integrations, reports, calculated fields, and custom configurations while collaborating with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including business processes, calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and security configurations.
Design, build, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
Configure and enhance Compensation processes, including merit, bonus, stock, and compensation review cycles.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot production issues and support Workday releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.
Develop technical documentation and ensure compliance with HR data governance and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Workday technical development experience with HCM and Compensation modules.
Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics (preferred).
Experience developing inbound/outbound integrations with third-party HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday HCM and/or Integration certifications.
Experience with Workday Compensation implementations or enhancements.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and HRIS best practices.
