Implemented and maintained Workday Learning functionality, including courses, learning programs, enrollment rules, learning campaigns, and learner assignments.
Configured business processes, condition rules, notifications, approvals, and security roles to align with HR and learning requirements.
Supported talent review cycles, performance evaluation processes, calibration activities, and employee development initiatives.
Managed learning content, course catalogs, blended learning programs, and learning completion tracking.
Collaborated with HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
Developed and maintained Workday reports and dashboards to monitor performance outcomes, learning participation, compliance training, and talent metrics.
Supported integrations and data loads using EIB, Workday web services, and other integration tools for talent and learning data.
Conducted configuration validation, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT; resolved defects and supported production releases.
