We are seeking a highly motivated BI Data Analyst to assist in the development of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data solutions across a global organization. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development and will be responsible for building and mentoring a team of up to five BI professionals while delivering actionable insights that support Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Pivot, SQL, Python, and Databricks, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a team of BI analysts and developers.
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Assist in the adoption of self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Build executive-level reporting for financial, operational, manufacturing, and strategic KPIs.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and scalable reporting solutions.
- Create data visualizations that provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
Data Engineering & Analytics
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, datasets, stored procedures, and data models.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Utilize Python for automation, data transformation, analytics, and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across enterprise reporting platforms.
Finance & Global Analytics
- Support global Finance and FP&A teams with consolidated reporting across multiple regions and business units.
- Develop analytics supporting:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Revenue & Margin Reporting
- Working Capital Management
- Inventory & Supply Chain Analytics
- Manufacturing Performance
- Cost Accounting & Profitability Analysis
- Executive KPI Reporting
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain enterprise data definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support audit, compliance, and financial control requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the BI ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing BI professionals.

- Power BI

- Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, FP&A processes, and business performance metrics.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or SAP.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations with complex financial reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
- Microsoft Power BI, Azure, or Databricks certifications.
