BI Tableau Reporting Specialist with strong SQL and Dashboards- Prefer financial/fintech industry experience

Position Overview

The Credit & Lending Data Science team is seeking a
highly skilled BI Reporting Analyst to provide embedded analytics,
reporting, and data-pipeline support across several existing and newly
launching product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Build
  and maintain foundational data pipelines supporting new and existing
  Credit & Lending products.
• Develop
  reliable SQL-based datasets and reporting infrastructure.
• Create,
  maintain, and enhance dashboards containing key business and product KPIs.
• Ensure
  dashboards and reporting pipelines are accurate, reliable, and available
  for leadership review.
• Quickly
  troubleshoot and resolve broken pipelines, reporting issues, or
  data-quality problems.
• Support
  reporting for newly launched product features and member journeys.
• Develop
  funnel reporting that provides visibility into member throughput and
  product performance.
• Ensure
  reporting captures differences and nuances associated with pricing tests,
  product changes, and new feature launches.
• Partner
  closely with Data Scientists and other analytics resources to understand
  product flows and translate them into meaningful reporting.
• Integrate
  data and reporting across related product experiences so metrics provide a
  cohesive view of the member journey.
• Coordinate
  with adjacent teams, including Credit and Risk, to ensure data and metrics
  remain consistent and aligned.
• Improve
  reporting capabilities for existing products while establishing reporting
  foundations for new products.
• Understand
  how analytics and reporting fit into the broader product flow and member
  experience.

Required Skills & Experience

SQL – Critical Requirement

Strong SQL skills are the highest technical priority for
this position.

Candidates should be able to:

• Write
  complex and reliable SQL.
• Build
  and support production-quality data pipelines.
• Validate
  data accuracy and reporting outputs.
• Troubleshoot
  data and pipeline issues quickly.
• Structure
  data appropriately for dashboards and business reporting.
• Work
  independently with large and interconnected datasets.

The hiring manager specifically wants a strong technical
signal around a candidate''s ability to work with SQL and data pipelines
before moving forward.

Data Pipeline Development

Candidates must have experience building and maintaining
foundational data pipelines.

The analyst will be responsible for ensuring that new
product launches have the appropriate data infrastructure in place so
performance can be measured from launch onward.

The ability to create pipelines that the business and
leadership can trust is essential.

Business Intelligence & Dashboarding

Strong experience developing and maintaining BI dashboards
and reporting solutions is required.

Tableau is currently used for some top-line and
leadership dashboards and is expected to remain part of the reporting
environment.
