Job Description- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technology requirements.
- Design and present tailored order management and omnichannel fulfillment solutions.
- Serve as the technical expert throughout the enterprise sales process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic pursuits and drive deal success.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.
- Support enterprise retailers navigating inventory visibility, fulfillment, and omnichannel challenges.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, key presentations, and global team collaboration.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Pre-Sales Engineer should have:
- Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution architecture.
- Knowledge of OMS, omnichannel retail, and fulfillment solutions.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles.
- OMS vendor or retail technology experience highly preferred.
