A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Engineer.
Position type: Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Location: Minneapolis MN 55415 (Hybrid 3days onsite & 2 days WFH)
As a Lead ServiceNow Engineer, you will:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Resolve Level 3 ServiceNow incidents.
- Design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements.
- Ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with REST API integrations.
- Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration.
- Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries.
- Experience reviewing ServiceNow code.
- Experience managing stories in Jira.
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
