Strong experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for test automation.
Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Strong experience with Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.
Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and QA methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/test management tools.
Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of defect management, root-cause analysis, test planning, and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Lead QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and execution plans.
Lead and mentor QA engineers and automation testers.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
Coordinate functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Review requirements and identify test coverage and quality risks.
Manage defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Track testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
Perform root-cause analysis for critical production and testing issues.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure QA processes and deliverables follow established quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the QA team.
