Summary

SAP FICO Support Lead (Canada Remote)

The Role:

The SAP FICO Support Lead will be responsible for leading day-to-day production support of Enterprise Level SAP FICO and Procure to Pay (P2P, PTP) platforms within the organization. You will act as a lead to manage incident, problem and change resolution, oversee the support team, and drive service excellence across Operations, Procurement, Legal and Vendor/Customer Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

5-7 years of experience providing SAP Production Support (L2/L3) across FICO and Procure to Pay (P2P, PTP) modules within global entities.
Prior experience working within a dedicated SAP Support team is strongly preferred, along with a genuine interest in continuing to build a career on a Support team.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues across the PTP process, including integration points with FI-MM, AP, GR/IR
Strong experience with incident, problem and change management processes (ITIL), including ticket triage, root cause analysis and resolution.
Familiar with monitoring and supporting various P2P platforms that may include: Coupa, SAP Ariba, Esker, Oracle, etc., alongside SAP FICO.
Must have experience supporting large Global companies or within Managed Services/Application Management Services (AMS) domains
Experienced in working with business stakeholders and end users to triage issues, manage expectations, and drive timely resolution
Strong Project/Program leadership experience, including managing a team of approximately 8 resources, with the ability to prioritize tickets, coordinate support resources, and report on SLA/KPI performance.
Excellent communication skills, including client-facing experience, with the ability to engage confidently with all levels of business users and technology teams, including on-call and escalation support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance or technology is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP support, production support or application management, focused on P2P, PTP and related technologies.
Leadership capabilities in overseeing support teams or support operations for large global environments
Strong experience within SAP FICO, specifically FI integration and configuration troubleshooting
Experience within Media, Entertainment or related industries is a plus but not required
Familiar with Vendor Management, Licensing, Legal, Compliance and Procurement is ideal
