Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead HR Workday Analyst - Remote position located in Irving, TX with a Global Financial Institution. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level analyst with a strong background in HR, Workday EXTEND, and custom applications, capable of leading independently and translating business problems into technical requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions
- Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business execution solutions
- Break down problem statements into actionable requirements
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with different levels of the business and HR Governance teams
- Strategically engage with client personnel to drive initiatives
Requirements: - 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Proven experience with Workday EXTEND and custom applications
- Senior-level candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead independently
- Experience with Change Management
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and process mapping/wireframing tools
- HR background is preferred
Pay range: $71.88 - $79.88 per hour
