Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
1+ years of experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
1+ years of experience with Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
1+ years of experience with XDM Schema Design.
1+ years of experience with Identity Resolution & Merge Policies.
1+ years of experience with Audience Segmentation.
1+ years of experience with Adobe Web SDK / Adobe Launch.
1+ years of experience with REST APIs.
1+ years of experience with SQL / Query Service.
1+ years of experience with Batch & Streaming Data Ingestion.
1+ years of experience with Journey Personalization & Offer.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Adobe certifications in AJO, AEP, or RTCDP are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Event-Based and Audience Qualification Journeys.
Configure Email, SMS, Push Notification, In-App, and Web Channel campaigns.
Implement Offer Decisioning, Dynamic Content, Personalization, and Content Templates.
Configure Journey Entry/Exit Criteria, Decision Splits, and Journey Orchestration.
Support Journey Testing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Production Deployment.
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to convert requirements into scalable customer journeys.
Develop and maintain XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies.
Configure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP/RTCDP).
Build and support Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion pipelines.
Design audience segmentation and profile activation strategies.
Implement identity resolution and profile stitching.
Ensure compliance through DULE policies, consent management, and data governance.
Create and manage Connections and Data Views.
Build dashboards, reports, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
Analyze customer journey performance and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
