RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's direct client is looking for a Senior Databricks Product Manager/Lead with financial services expertise for a fully remote contract opportunity.
Summary:
The Senior Databricks Product Manager/Lead will serve as the product manager and technology lead for the Data Platform, responsible for defining the roadmap, architecture direction, and delivery of HR analytics, AI, reporting, and data integration capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Own the Databricks strategy and roadmap
* Lead development of enterprise HR data products and AI-ready datasets
* Partner with HR Analytics, Reporting, AI, and Data Governance teams
* Define data models, security standards, and engineering practices
* Manage backlog, priorities, and delivery across onshore/offshore engineers
* Support AI initiatives leveraging employee and workforce data
* Drive platform adoption and modernization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Recent Project/Product Management experience within financial services industry with 10+ years in data engineering, cloud data and analytics platforms
* Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python
* Deep Databricks expertise for AWS
* Knowledge of HR and workforce data preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
