RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager Salesforce Revenue Cloud in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and own the Salesforce Revenue Cloud product vision, roadmap, and release priorities
* Identify opportunities to improve Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash processes and translate them into measurable product outcomes
* Prioritize enhancements based on business value, customer impact, operational risk, effort, and ROI
* Drive continuous innovation using Salesforce platform capabilities, automation, analytics, and AI
* Partner with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Operations, Product, and regional business teams
* Conduct discovery workshops to understand current-state processes, pain points, business rules, and future-state requirements
* Facilitate design-thinking and process-mapping sessions and build strong relationships with global stakeholders
* Create and maintain BRDs, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, epics, features, and user stories
* Perform As-Is, To-Be, and Fit-Gap analysis
* Define clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and business rules
* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with roadmap and release objectives
* Partner with architects and technical leads to design scalable, supportable solutions
* Drive functional design across product catalogue, product hierarchy, bundles, price books, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, quote templates, quote variants, orders, contracts, assets, billing integration, and digital signature
* Contribute to SDDs, data-model decisions, integration design, security considerations, and exception handling
* Ensure solutions balance standard Salesforce capabilities with justified customization
* Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, reviews, and release readiness
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related delivery roles
* 5+ years working with Salesforce, with strong experience in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or Quote-to-Cash solutions
* Experience working with APIs, middleware, ERP integrations, digital-signature platforms, and enterprise data flows
* Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams in Agile environments
* Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, subscriptions, contracts, renewals, and billing concepts
* Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Flow, approval processes, reports and dashboards, and the Salesforce data and security model
* Ability to create clear business and solution documentation including BRDs, SDDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, training material, and release communications
Preferred Experience:
* Agentforce Revenue Management/Revenue Cloud Advanced
* Salesforce Billing and subscription-management use cases
* DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations
* Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other ERP integrations
* Product Information Management (PIM), global pricing, multi-currency, and multi-region implementations
* Subscription, usage-based, or recurring-revenue business models
Preferred Certifications:
* Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
* Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ-related certification where applicable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
