Description Technical Project Manager IIOnsite 3 days a week in Philadelphia, PAWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager II to support a portfolio of customer experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong technical foundation to project delivery. They will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate decision-making, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure projects stay on track from planning through delivery.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and adaptable project manager who can effectively balance multiple priorities, drive alignment across teams, and proactively prepare for upcoming milestones. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adjusting to frequent changes in priorities, and maintaining strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 concurrent projects within the Customer Experience organization.
- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate project meetings, establish agendas, drive productive discussions, and ensure action items and decisions are clearly documented.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Support larger program initiatives in collaboration with senior project and program management resources.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting business needs while maintaining project momentum.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by anticipating upcoming milestones, stakeholder needs, and project risks before they arise.
Requirements Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology-focused initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and project reporting.
- Technical background with the ability to understand systems, data, and reporting-related projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated ability to drive projects forward independently.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet experience (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data, reporting, analytics, or customer experience initiatives.
- Working knowledge of: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, AI and productivity tools such as Copilot.
