Summary

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Phoenix, AZ 85226.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 2 months

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.), break-fix, use of power tools (e.g., drills), and familiar with the ticketing system.
Laser Printer with hands-on experience working with Lexmark, HP, Plotter, and Formatter printers and with strong break-fix, hardware repair, and OEM service experience.
Lexmark certifications and experience.

Previous Field Service and/or Desktop, POS, printer Break/Fix experience
Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
Active driver's license.
CompTIA A+

What You Will Be Doing

Field technician work being dispatched to customer sites.
IT Field Technician tasks include driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients.
The level of support will vary depending on the customer but will include printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.
Responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met within the required 4-6-hour window.
