FIS AddVantage SME

Location: USA Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FIS AddVantage SME with strong hands-on experience in the FIS AddVantage platform and banking/financial services domain. The consultant will support implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide SME expertise on FIS AddVantage and related banking applications.
Support configuration, customization, testing, troubleshooting, and production issues.
Work with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
Support system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
Analyze issues and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
Participate in implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
Prepare technical/functional documentation as required.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with FIS AddVantage or closely related FIS banking platforms.
Strong understanding of banking/financial services operations.
Experience with implementation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of integrations, APIs/interfaces, and data flows.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

Experience with FIS AddVantage implementations/upgrades.
Experience working with US banking/financial institutions.
Knowledge of related FIS products and banking applications.
