responsibilities:
- o Architect scalable enterprise AI solutions using Glean, integrating enterprise data/content sources, ingestion pipelines, APIs and AWS services.
- o Lead Glean solution design, configuration and implementation, translating business use cases into robust technical architectures.
- o Design integration patterns for data/content ingestion, connectors, search/indexing, identity, permissions and access controls.
- o Define appropriate security, governance, scalability and operational standards for enterprise Glean deployments.
- o Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to AI engineers across build, integration, testing, deployment and troubleshooting.
- o Work closely with client architecture, cloud, security and application teams for environment setup, configuration and production readiness.
- o Strong knowledge of enterprise search, GenAI/LLM concepts, APIs/integration and AWS, with excellent client-facing architecture skills
