Principal Architect (AI/ML)

We are seeking a Principal Architect (AI/ML) to lead the architecture and solutioning of enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data, and Decision Intelligence solutions.

This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong technical depth, executive communication, consulting, and solution architecture experience. The architect will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and Industry SMEs from discovery through solution design, proposal, SOW, and delivery handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and executive briefings.

• Define AI/ML and enterprise AI strategies, architectures, and technology roadmaps.

• Design solutions involving LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, AI orchestration, and Decision Intelligence.

• Architect scalable and production-ready AI/ML solutions across cloud and enterprise environments.

• Develop architecture diagrams, reference architectures, technical proposals, estimates, and SOWs.

• Lead technical solutioning for strategic sales opportunities and customer engagements.

• Demonstrate AI/ML and Intuitive.ai accelerator capabilities, including IntuitiveIQ, APEX, and AppDBEvolve.

• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to validate feasibility, scope, estimates, risks, and dependencies.

• Advise customers on AI adoption, modernization, governance, security, scalability, and productionization.

• Mentor architects and engineers and establish reusable AI/ML architecture patterns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, AI/ML, software engineering, consulting, or technology solutioning.

• Strong hands-on experience designing enterprise AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

• Proven experience with customer-facing architecture, consulting, or pre-sales engagements.

• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience developing technical proposals, solution estimates, and SOWs.
