Summary

About the Role: SRI Tech Solutions is looking for a results-driven BDM / Client Acquisition Manager with strong experience in the US IT Staffing & Consulting industry.

Main Goal: Open new accounts, generate requirements, drive placements, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and technology space.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach and other channels.
Develop relationships with decision-makers, including Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, Vendor Management teams, MSPs, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
Identify opportunities with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, and System Integrators.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Understand client requirements and work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to develop appropriate solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Develop long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Identify opportunities for IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment, Consulting and Technology Services.
Maintain accurate CRM/sales pipeline data and provide regular business development reports.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Consulting Services or Technology Consulting Sales.
Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
Strong understanding of the IT services / staffing / consulting industry.
Experience selling to enterprise clients and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Self-starter with a hunter mindset, strong ownership and target orientation.
Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and build a sustainable pipeline.
Existing enterprise/client relationships will be an advantage.
