Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: Reston, VA
Fulltime with Hexaware
Job Description:
Design and develop SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows
Build custom applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and REST APIs
Develop and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and data pipelines with enterprise systems
Support migration, modernization, and enhancement initiatives (e.g., legacy SharePoint to modern experience)
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for SharePoint-related issues
Manage permissions, governance, and compliance standards for SharePoint environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document architecture, processes, and configurations for operational support and audit readiness
