GrowthLoop Marketing Data & Audience Activation Specialist

Duration: 12-Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support customer growth and marketing transformation initiatives through AI-driven customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and first-party data activation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in audience management, marketing technology platforms, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer segmentation strategies using GrowthLoop.
Build, manage, and optimize audience groups for personalized marketing campaigns.
Configure customer journeys, campaign workflows, and activation processes.
Integrate GrowthLoop with Snowflake, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and marketing technology platforms.
Develop SQL-based audience logic, analytics, and customer insights.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver targeted customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize audience targeting strategies.
Support production deployments, platform enhancements, and ongoing operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in marketing technology, customer data, or audience activation.
Hands-on experience with GrowthLoop.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Experience working with Snowflake.
Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience segmentation methodologies.
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms.
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google BigQuery.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Braze.
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign.
Experience working with cloud-based platforms and technologies.
