GrowthLoop Marketing Data & Audience Activation Specialist

Duration: 12-Month Contract
Experience: 6-12 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support customer growth and marketing transformation initiatives through AI-driven customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and first-party data activation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in audience management, marketing technology platforms, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customer segmentation strategies using GrowthLoop.
  • Build, manage, and optimize audience groups for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Configure customer journeys, campaign workflows, and activation processes.
  • Integrate GrowthLoop with Snowflake, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Develop SQL-based audience logic, analytics, and customer insights.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver targeted customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize audience targeting strategies.
  • Support production deployments, platform enhancements, and ongoing operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, customer data, or audience activation.
  • Hands-on experience with GrowthLoop.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience segmentation methodologies.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Braze.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and technologies.
