We're looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and helping improve the reliability of a modern manufacturing operation.

What You'll DoAs a Senior Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operation running at peak performance by:
- Performing preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnosing equipment issues and implementing lasting repairs
- Calibrating machinery to maintain precision and production quality
- Maintaining facility equipment including HVAC systems, cranes, forklifts, lighting, air compressors, and other building systems
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians and sharing technical knowledge
- Working closely with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Promoting a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience maintaining CNC machine tools
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools and common maintenance equipment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
- Apprenticeship or formal maintenance training
- Ten or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Forklift and aerial lift experience
