<>Job Summary
Seeking an Application Support Developer to support healthcare integration platforms, including CMS Transactions & Prior Authorization Middleware and Health OS Data Services (Clinical Integration APIs). The role focuses on production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Java-based applications and APIs.
<>Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot applications built on Java, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Support HL7 FHIR APIs and healthcare integration workflows.
- Monitor application health, performance, and system availability.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
- Support releases, deployments, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams.
