Job Title: Vendor Master Data Support
Job Location: Ridgefield, CT
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $22.70hr - $27.70hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Well-structured working style, organizational skills and analytical thinking to strive for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Support the supplier on-boarding team on daily activities.
- Perform data analysis on existing vendor master database.
- Conduct deep dives into existing vendor database to cleanse and enrich vendor master data.
- Review ordering addresses and remove ordering addresses where appropriate.
- Determine inactive vendors and block inactive vendors accordingly.
- Perform bank confirmations for vendor changes.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SAP/SRM.
- Business School certification or Associates degree.
