This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $60,000 - $62,000 USD

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Workplace Support Engineer, supporting workplace infrastructure, collaboration technologies, and local network environments. This role combines advanced end-user support with hands-on technical troubleshooting and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complex incidents involving PCs, laptops, AV equipment, phones, and peripherals
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues
Assist with IDF/MDF room activities, cabling, and infrastructure changes
Support backup, server, and printer environments
Deliver VIP support and participate in site projects and relocations
Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors
