job summary:
Seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager III to lead a platform migration initiative as part of a broader banking modernization endeavor. This role drives execution across two core workstreams: Disputes (fraud-related operations) and Adjustments (operational processing and adjustments). The PM will manage cross-functional alignment between IT engineering teams and business operations stakeholders from planning through execution.

responsibilities:
Platform Migration Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of application and infrastructure migration projects across Fraud, Disputes, and Adjustments platforms.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Align goals, project schedules, and resource allocation across business operations, software engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Schedule & Resource Governance: Develop, maintain, and track complex project schedules using MS Project, managing critical paths, dependencies, and resource utilization.
Lifecycle Oversight: Apply formal SDLC and PMO frameworks to govern requirements gathering, system testing, deployment, and operational cutover
qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
o 5+ years' experience independently managing medium to large-sized projects
o Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
o Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
o Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
o Proficient in Microsoft Project
o Proficient in MS365 applications
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational skills
As well as the following:
*demonstrated success leading complex initiatives.
Experience supporting fraud, disputes, claims, adjustments, or case management platforms within a financial services organization.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate work across business and technology teams.
Proven track record delivering projects from planning through execution.
