About This JobAxos is seeking an AI-first Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology organization.
Reporting directly to the FVP of Software Delivery, you'll work across three development teams and the full delivery lifecycle: discovery, requirements, execution, QA, UAT, and release. You'll automate the repetitive parts of our SDLC, validate data with SQL, showcase what you build to the teams around you, and take on whatever the delivery pipeline needs next.
Responsibilities:- Approach every undertaking AI-first: use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as the default starting point for requirements, analysis, documentation, testing, and problem-solving
- Translate business and product intent into clear PBIs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams, using AI to accelerate drafting, edge-case discovery, and documentation
- Support the full delivery lifecycle across web and mobile banking experiences: Discovery, Sprint 0 planning, execution with dev teams, QA testing, business demos, UAT, and release readiness
- Identify and automate repetitive SDLC work, backlog hygiene, test scenario generation, release notes, meeting recaps, status reporting, and build lightweight tooling when needed
- Showcase what you're building: Demo your automations and AI workflows to the teams, show how they benefit, and bring teams along on the journey, share new ideas, spark adoption, and lift others' AI capabilities
- Validate data and debug issues using SQL; read API specs and work with engineers on integration details across OutSystems and C# API-based systems
- Work with Figma designs, product documentation, and technical artifacts to keep requirements, design, and build aligned
- Flex across teams and priorities as delivery needs shift
Qualifications:- 2 - 4+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, QA, technical program coordination, or a software delivery role
- A genuine AI-first mindset: you instinctively reach for AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) to work smarter - whether at work, in personal projects, or through self-driven learning
- Comfortable with code: can read it, write scripts (Python, SQL, or similar), and build small automations with AI assistance
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Strong written communication - able to produce requirements and documentation that developers can build from easiily
Preferred:- Experience with customer-facing web or mobile products; banking/fintech a plus
- Exposure to low-code platforms (OutSystems or similar) or C#/.NET ecosystems
- Prior experience with test automation (e.g., Playwright) or CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-development handoff
