Senior Customer Journey Analytics Implementation Engineer

We will be building Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) alongside our website build.

Specifics:

CJA design, configuration and dashboard reporting management. This role would join the team during technical architecture (Sept) and be critical through post-website launch performance assessment (June ’27).

CJA Solution Design:

• Data mapping (from third-party web dev to CJA)
• AEP Schema Design & XDM field mapping
• Validation of data in AEP data lake prior to pushing data to CJA
• Datastream configuration (future state, not 2027, catching the data from AEM)

CJA Configuration:

• CJA connection setup
• Data view creation and configuration
• Component naming, persistence, attribution, and session settings
• Derived fields / calculated metrics
• Filters, segments, calculated metrics, date ranges
• User roles and permissions

Dashboard Reporting:

• Executive dashboard
• Conversion funnel and content conversion reports (lite in 2027)
• Site Health Dashboard with KPI''s Trended
