MUST HAVE

5+ years of Software or Platform Engineering experience
Startup experience (post-Series A required; ideally experienced Series A → Series B growth)
Experience building and maintaining production platform infrastructure
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Experience shipping production software in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong customer and product mindset
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes
Docker / Containerization
CI/CD pipelines
AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
TypeScript
Python
Cloud infrastructure
Infrastructure monitoring
Security
Reliability engineering
Deployment automation
Database migrations
Production incident response
AI-assisted developer tooling
AI-first engineering workflows
