About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale next-generation marketing technology platforms that power personalized customer experiences at enterprise scale. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of cloud architecture, big data, customer engagement technologies, and emerging AI-driven development practices.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to create resilient, scalable solutions that enable real-time customer interactions, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
- Architect scalable, event-driven systems that support real-time communications, customer journeys, and orchestration workflows.
- Build and optimize enterprise-grade orchestration and campaign automation solutions using Adobe Campaign or comparable platforms.
- Develop high-performance data applications leveraging Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python.
- Design and implement cloud-native data pipelines and processing frameworks within Azure environments.
- Establish engineering best practices focused on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive adoption of modern development approaches, including AI-assisted engineering and generative AI productivity tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, and long-term platform strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack and distributed systems expertise.
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Campaign or similar enterprise orchestration tools.
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Scala
- Databricks
- Spark SQL
- Spark Streaming
- Python
- Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications and data pipelines within Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and modern software design patterns.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering accelerators.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering direction within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale customer engagement, digital marketing, or personalization platforms.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, ESPs, and journey orchestration ecosystems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and monitoring.
- Experience with real-time data processing and high-volume transaction or customer interaction systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies supporting personalization, segmentation, recommendation engines, or content automation.
