Role Summary

  1. 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Digital Marketing/MarTech solution delivery, leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  2. 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and customer journey orchestration.
  3. 5+ years of experience leading business-facing engagements, solution architecture, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and Agile program delivery.
  4. 5+ years of experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications using APIs, data integration, and marketing automation best practices.
  5. 3+ years of experience driving AI/GenAI-enabled marketing capabilities, data-driven customer engagement, and omnichannel marketing strategy.
  6. Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma Commercial platforms (Veeva CRM) and AWS is preferred.

 

This role is essential to strengthen Digital Marketing team overall process and domain expertise
• Own the delivery strategy and governance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Digital, Product, and IT leadership to prioritize business capabilities.
• Lead solution design for customer journeys, campaign orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
• Provide architectural guidance across SFMC, Salesforce CRM, Veeva (preferred), and enterprise integrations.
• Drive delivery governance including release planning, testing strategy, RACI, and operational readiness.
• Oversee platform architecture, data quality, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Review solution designs involving Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and CRM integrations.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities including campaign optimization, intelligent segmentation, automated content recommendations, and marketing insights.
• Lead vendor governance and executive stakeholder communication.
• Establish delivery KPIs and continuously improve platform reliability and business value realization.

  

Interpersonal Skills:

Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira
Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities

Successfully deliver strategic digital marketing initiatives with high predictability and quality.
Establish consistent delivery governance, release management, and quality standards across the portfolio
Improve stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and reliable execution

Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain
AI/ML and Generative AI use cases in digital marketing.
