The ideal candidate will independently drive product initiatives, collaborate with executive stakeholders, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, QA, and third-party vendors, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, business requirements, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
Provide day-to-day project oversight, proactively managing project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and change requests.

Continuously improve product delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
20+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Project Management within software development environments.
Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, backlog management, and change management.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), modern software architecture, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proven ability to work effectively with Solution Architects, software engineering teams, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience managing complex software projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
