Long term Contract
Scope of Work
Requirements gathering; stakeholder workshops; process mapping; user story development; backlog prioritization; sprint planning support; creation and coordination of UAT test documents; Salesforce release support; vendor coordination; contract administration; invoice validation; budget tracking; executive reporting; quarterly roadmap planning; risk and issue management.
Detailed Responsibilities
Business Analysis: document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, process flows, facilitate workshops, support testing and production readiness.
Salesforce Support: collaborate with technology lead, admins, developers, architects and business teams on enhancements and releases.
Vendor Management: manage vendor relationships (coordinate on getting quotes, competitive analysis, managing expectations), preparing SOWs, contract deliverables, renewals, amendments, negotiations and performance metrics.
Financial Management: track budgets (monthly invoices, license usage), forecasts (budget planning for vendors and licenses), and contract spending
Reporting: prepare project dashboards, status reports and executive presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
6-8 years of Salesforce implementation experience; strong business analysis background; Agile and Waterfall experience; vendor and contract management experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills
Salesforce, Asana, MS Office suite Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, with a strong proficiency in Excel including formulas and pivot tables, contract management systems, document workflow tools, Lucidchart or similar tools, understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
Vendor Response Requirements
Company overview, proposed resource resumes, Salesforce experience, sample project references, proposed rates, approach and methodology, availability, and assumptions.
Evaluation Criteria
Salesforce expertise, business analyst experience, vendor management experience, stakeholder management, quality of proposed approach, qualifications of assigned resources, and cost competitiveness.
