Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), including metadata management and month-end close support.
Strong knowledge of financial allocations, cost modeling, variance analysis, and managerial journal entry processing.
Proficiency in SQL, Oracle SmartView, and data analysis for troubleshooting, data traceability, and audit support.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting enterprise finance, planning, or Oracle EPM applications.
Familiarity with financial close, forecasting, metadata governance, and workflow management processes.
