Marketing/Sales Technical Product Manager – CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Experience : 15+ Years required
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of CRM
capabilities supporting Client's Marketing and Sales organizations. This role partners closely with business
stakeholders, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Program Management
to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve seller productivity and seller experiences.
The Product Manager serves as the primary liaison between business and technology, translating strategic
business objectives into innovative technology solutions while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and
operational excellence.
This role requires a strong understanding of CRM platforms—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365—along with
experience integrating complementary sales technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, and other sales enablement tools.
As Adobe continues to invest in AI-powered experiences, this role will also identify opportunities to leverage AI-
driven capabilities, automation, and intelligent workflows that improve sales effectiveness, increase operational
efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the sales lifecycle.
What You'll Do
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM capabilities supporting Marketing and Sales
organizations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business stakeholders to understand strategic
priorities, business processes, and pain points, translating them into scalable product capabilities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and process improvement sessions to identify opportunities for
automation, simplification, and improved user experiences.
• Drive product strategy that balances customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and
organizational priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Program Management teams throughout
product planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead roadmap planning and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical
complexity, and organizational goals.
• Champion AI-enabled product capabilities by identifying opportunities to implement intelligent
workflows, generative AI experiences, predictive insights, automation, and other AI-supported solutions
that improve seller productivity and customer outcomes.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the CRM
product strategy where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, facilitating executive-level discussions, aligning
cross-functional priorities, and effectively communicating product strategy, roadmap, risks, and business
outcomes.
• Influence decision-making across multiple organizations without direct authority while balancing
competing stakeholder priorities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics that clearly
communicate desired business outcomes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning with business stakeholders and partner with Quality
Engineering to ensure solution quality.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new feature development, technical debt,
production support, and continuous improvement.
• Support release planning and coordinate product launches aligned with business priorities.
• Measure product success through adoption, customer feedback, operational metrics, and business
outcomes, continuously iterating to improve the product experience.
Qualifications Required
• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or CRM solutions in an Agile
environment.
• Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, with knowledge of Salesforce
and related sales technologies considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations organizations to deliver
customer-centric technology solutions.
• Experience implementing or managing AI-supported solutions, intelligent automation, or generative AI
capabilities that improve business processes, user productivity, or customer experiences.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive-level meetings, influence senior leadership, and communicate
effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing initiatives using business value,
customer impact, and strategic alignment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed product decisions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and embraces ambiguity.
Preferred
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong,
or similar technologies.
• Experience with AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics AI capabilities, Claude, OpenAI, or
other enterprise AI technologies.
• Experience with customer journey mapping, human-centered design, or UX collaboration.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
