Senior Product Manager | Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)

We're partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed AI infrastructure startup that is building a platform to unlock proprietary scientific data for machine learning applications across industries like life sciences, materials science, and climate research. They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join as an early product hire, working directly with executive leadership to define product strategy and help shape the future of the platform.
Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap from ideation through execution
Partner closely with engineering and design to define and deliver impactful product initiatives
Work directly with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into product decisions
Lead design partnerships and serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support enterprise sales efforts and customer adoption
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Drive cross-functional execution to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience
Experience working at an early-stage startup or as an early product hire building a new product
Proven success partnering directly with customers and translating feedback into product strategy
Strong experience supporting enterprise customer conversations and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on highly technical products
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
Bonus: Experience in biotech, drug discovery, healthcare, or life sciences

Additional Information

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week in Palo Alto, CA
Founding-stage opportunity with significant ownership and influence on product direction
Well-funded startup with strong runway and ambitious growth plans
