Summary

General Laborer - 3rd Shift

Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Shift: 3rd Shift
Days: Monday-Friday (Flexibility to work weekends and overtime is required)
Job Summary

We are hiring a General Laborer to support bakery production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will assist with production, operate equipment after training, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all quality and safety procedures.
Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and production of bakery products.
Operate and monitor production equipment after training.
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized production area.
Assist with various production tasks as needed.
Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or bakery experience is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
No certifications required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
Comfortable working in an active production environment with varying temperatures.
Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment.

Work Environment

This is an active bakery production environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
