Job SummaryResponsible for the safe, efficient, and quality operation of rotational molding equipment. This role includes machine operation, mold setup and changeovers, quality inspections, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards.
$20.00/hour (Base Pay: $19.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential)Shift: Monday-Friday |
2:25 PM - 10:30 PMOvertime and weekends required as needed.Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to produce quality parts.
- Perform mold setups, startups, and changeovers while minimizing downtime.
- Inspect molds, tooling, and equipment; report mechanical issues and perform minor maintenance.
- Monitor cycle times, part weights, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot basic processing issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Complete production paperwork, process documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Prepare molds and tooling for upcoming production runs.
- Coordinate material and color changes as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all PPE and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the production team.
- Work overtime and adjusted schedules when production demands require.
Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience, preferably in a molding environment.
- Ability to read work instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
