Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. PMO Office Manager to support office administration, facility operations, and Project Management Office (PMO) activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, planning, reporting, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who can work independently within a small team, maintain high levels of accuracy, and provide administrative and operational support while assisting the PMO team with reporting, tracking, and access management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform office administration and facility operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Support the PMO team with access management, reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Track project activities, action items, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor task progress and provide timely status reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting project communications.
- Help manage documentation, records, and administrative processes across PMO initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams while working with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Office Administration experience.
- Experience supporting PMO or Project Coordination activities.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent reporting and task-tracking abilities.
- Experience managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
- Ability to work independently within a small team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, documentation, and administrative activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
- Experience with project tracking or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of project coordination best practices.
