Title : Change Management Consultant
Location : Remote
In terms of new update for "strong Technical Instructional Design and Enablement experience" it is can be referring to this:
You'd want to see experience like:
- Instructional design: Creating technical training materials such as step-by-step job aids, process guides, presentations, e-learning, curricula, and train-the-trainer materials.
- Technical training: Taking complex Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud processes pricing rules, discounting, approvals, quoting, renewals and turning them into training that Sales, Finance, and Operations users can understand.
- Enablement: Conducting training-needs assessments, identifying what changes by role, facilitating training/workshops, building change champions, measuring readiness/adoption, and supporting users through go-live and hypercare.
Salesforce ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management) is very new.
Revenue Cloud became Agentforce Revenue Management in 2025. So as of September 2026, the ARM branding itself has only been around for roughly a year.
The underlying technology is older. Salesforce had Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and the newer Revenue Cloud platform before the ARM rename, and Salesforce introduced Agentforce for Revenue in July 2025 as part of Revenue Cloud.
Also, people with relevant experience may not call it ARM on their profiles. They may use Revenue Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), or quote-to-cash terminology instead.
