Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to provide technical leadership for engineering teams. The position requires a candidate with substantial technical depth to guide development, integration, and testing efforts. The role involves overseeing program execution and ensuring the successful delivery of complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction to teams of 10-15 engineers.
- Lead systems engineering, software integration, and verification and validation activities.
- Oversee all phases of program execution, from development through testing.
- Ensure projects meet technical, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for program efforts.
- Guide team leadership in technical decision-making and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical leadership and team leadership roles.
- Proficiency in systems engineering principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience with software integration processes.
- Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.
- Background in leading program execution for technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ground systems.
- Familiarity with command and control systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Previous work on aerospace and defense programs.
