Program Managers to support a large-scale merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiative. This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation effort that willsignificantly expand the organization's scale, customer base, and operational footprint.
The organization is seeking proven program leaders who can drive complex business and technology initiatives, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams and business units.
KeyResponsibilities- Lead strategic programs and projects supporting a major financial services merger and integration effort.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to drive execution and achieve program objectives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risk management plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units and enterprise teams.
- Perform business process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Manage program governance, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive presentations.
- Track program milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate technology and product implementation activities within a regulated financial services environment.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure alignment on strategic priorities and deliverables.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of Program Management and/or Sr. Project Management experience.
- Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integration initiatives.
- Prior experience within a financial services, banking, credit union, or related financial institution environment.
- Strong expertise in enterprise program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both technology and business teams.
- Experience with business process mapping and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style with the ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with core banking or financial platform implementations.
- Experience working with Fiserv DNA or similar core banking systems.
- Previous experience supporting financial institution M&A integration programs.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
