Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.95hr - $55.95hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- A minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant business experience in a complex global environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the expedited documentation of transition activities across the organization.
- Assess, document, and re-allocate responsibilities across the future state organization.
- Support all separation analysis and complete necessary interim close/forecast activities during organizational design.
- Analyze and articulate Hub Business Financial results.
- Coordinate and execute the interim financial closing, reporting, and planning processes accurately.
- Design cost and execute cross-charge allocations between entities.
- Support Hub management teams in proposing actions to mitigate risk or reduce financial impacts.
- Build and use activity-based management models to make the Hub Financials evolution transparent.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to serve business understanding and decision making.
- Document all interactions across key business stakeholders within the organization including Operations, FP&A teams, and Global Services.
- Document current and future state support models with emphasis on separation requirements.
- Forecast separation CapEx requirements and incorporate into Stage Gate Process.
Nice to Have:
- 1+ years of Supply Chain finance experience is desirable.
- Experience with TM1, SAP, and Anaplan is desirable.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc. is desirable.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
