QA Automation Engineer

Role: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Remote

Type: Full time

Location/Work Model: Remote (US-Based only, Central/Eastern time zone alignment required).

Security Clearance: High Security / Enhanced Background Clearance required.

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Banking and financial clients is a plus.

Overview: Focuses on verifying application functionality, network connectivity, and end-to-end integration as systems move to the co-located environment using Automation scripts

Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute and maintain functional test suites using existing automation frameworks to validate environment stability and application health.

·       Perform end-to-end (E2E) manual and automated integration testing across multiple connected downstream systems.

·       Conduct smoke testing, regression testing, and environment readiness checks following co-location deployments.

·       Identify, document, and fix broken test scripts or configuration issues resulting from environment changes.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills:

Automation Tools: Strong experience with Selenium (Java-based test automation).

Testing Core: Expertise in E2E functional testing, smoke testing, and regression suites.

Scripting & Fixes: Ability to modify and maintain existing test automation scripts rather than building frameworks entirely from scratch.
